In Greek mythology, Theseus can easily truly

be thought of as the very best

Athenian hero. He was the son of Aegeus, full of Athens, and Aethra, princess of Troezen, and daughter of Pittheus, ruler of Troezen.

Before Theseus was born his father Aegeus left Aethra in Troezen of Argolis and returned to Athens before he was born. When he remaining king Aegeus put his sword and his pair of shoes under a large rock and believed to Aethra that when Theseus was old enough to lift the heavy rock that Theseus should take the sword and sandals and come to view him in Athens.

When justin was 16 following being lifted in Troezen, Theseus was finally able to lift the heavy mountain. Theseus together with his long dore hair then simply took the sword and the sandals and began his journey to Athens to claim Aegeus as his daddy. The youthful Theseus made his unsafe journey by coast street along the Isthmus, clearing the street of half a dozen villains, murderers, and creatures which lived on the road. Theseus killed these villains by same way they had killed their own victims. Among the evil doers that Theseus killed, were Sciron, Sinis, Procrustes and Phaea.

Theseus arrived in Athens wearing a sword and a couple of sandals that Aegeus got left pertaining to him in Troezen. He was then welcomed by his father Aegeus and his stepmother Medea who was a sorceress. But she was envious of his influence above Aegeus so Medea tried to kill him by mailing him to kill a wild bull. But Theseus succeeded and sacrificed the bull to Apollo. He then returned to Athens and was nearly poisoned by simply Medea, but as soon because Aegeus heard of her plot, he proclaimed Theseus his kid and heir to the placed and banned Medea from Athens and she steered clear of to what is now Asia.
