Outsiders: Offense and Compete with Gang Member Essay

The struggle of individuals emotionally and physically is the downfall and corruption of society. S i9000. E Hinton, author of The Outsiders tells a story regarding two kids named Johnny and Ponyboy who are in a company called the Greasers. That they live in a wrong doing regarding gangs and fights. After Johnny defends Ponyboy by killing a rival gang member named Bob, both the boys run away. A young criminal named Dally helps these people escape. Following an event with a burning church Johnny dies and Dally drops dead soon after as a result of sorrow Johnny's death triggered him. In the novel The Outsiders, H. E Hinton demonstrates that violence can lead to nothing more than emotional hardships, criminal offenses, and fatality.

The smallest act of criminal offense can often lead to inner adversity. For instance, Johnny's parents could beat him and left him feeling safer within a gang or in a parking lot. Because of the parents harming Johnny he was forced to live in a team, a life of criminal offense, and violence. Johnny believed as if simply no cared which even if he lived in a gang his parents would not do anything. Another example is definitely when Darry hits Ponyboy for being overdue home and Ponyboy runs away. Darry " wheeled around and slapped (Ponyboy) so hard that it knocked (him) against the door, ” that causes emotional stress that gets in the way of friends and family. A small act of assault makes Ponyboy dash far from their home and create department between the two brothers. The final example is usually when Ashton dies and Ponyboy gets traumatized. The death of Johnny made Ponyboy therefore confused that he improved and rejected reality. Ponyboy was significant on Ponyboy he had not been in the correct mind for some time.

Crime is frequently the result of an act of violence.
