Abstract

This paper is going to discuss recommendations for redesigning Hershey's performance management to appeal to the diverse groups that it employs. Let me analyze the way i would interpret the beliefs that Hershey embraces in relation to my role, if I were a Hershey employee. Between the different styles in Hrm, I will be conveying one which may possibly impact Hershey the most. Hershey has an era distribution of its labor force and has begun mentoring applications between the seniors and the millennials. I will also be discussing the consequences the mentoring could have in integrating values into the Hershey culture.
