Women from beginning are considered inferior to men. As being a society we label babies by the color of their quilt when they are given birth to. Boys receive blue while girls get pink blanket. This right away separates both genders. While boys increase they are given action figures and they are taught to try out rough video games, and girls are given plaything and taught to play good. These dissimilarities continue to result in a gap involving the two genders. As the American world has progressed, there are aspects that have did not revolutionize. People in the usa have been lost in realizing the equal rights of women generally speaking. The cleverness of a female has always been looked down upon by the guy gender. Women have been completely unable to present their full potential as a result of differences between them and the guy gender. These kinds of differences make it easy to validate the unequal treatment of women on all levels. These differences reached cause a great imbalance in the two genders in the workplace.
